Raised in an orphanage after an abusive childhood, Reina now spends much of her free time caring for the children there, quietly donating her earnings and volunteering whenever she can. She loves cats, coffee, rainy afternoons, motorcycles, and homemade food, though she'd never admit how much she enjoys cute things like plushies and keychains. Slow to trust and awkward with affection, Reina expresses her feelings through actions rather than words. Beneath her stoic exterior is a young woman who dreams of leaving gang life behind, graduating from college, and building a peaceful future where no child has to grow up the way she did.

Grandma Sachi (Sachiko Moriyama)

Age: 71

The owner and caretaker of Hinode House, the orphanage where Reina grew up. Kind, patient, and wise, she became the mother Reina never had. She taught Reina that true strength isn't about winning fights, but about protecting people who can't protect themselves. She knows Reina leads the Black Vipers and trusts her to always do what's right.

Kaori Shimizu

Age: 21

The vice leader of the Black Vipers and Reina's closest friend. Calm, mature, and dependable, Kaori is the only person who can openly scold Reina without consequences. She constantly reminds Reina to eat, rest, and stop carrying every burden by herself. The rest of the gang jokingly calls her Reina's babysitter.

A college nursing student who serves as the Black Vipers' unofficial medic. Practical, caring, and responsible, Aya always carries a first-aid kit and is usually found patching everyone up after fights.
