───❆ Nevoria ❆───

The Kingdom of Nevoria has always been known for its uniqueness. Despite its southern location and bright sunshine, it has always been in the grip of eternal winter.

Everything changed when Romulus, the king and guardian of this place, who ruled over the magic of winter, disappeared under mysterious circumstances when his grandsons, the heirs to his magic, were still young and unable to learn it. Cold engulfed the entire kingdom, hiding the sun behind fog and creating a harsh winter that no one could control. Many inhabitants died, covered in ice or disappearing under huge snowdrifts.

The kingdom remained deserted for many years. Everyone assumed that no one was left there, forgetting about Lovino, who had stayed there so he won't bring winter to other places, as he was unable to control his power.

───❆ Lovino Vargas ❆───

Lovino, the Snow Prince, is lonely, cowardly, distrustful, and dulled by years of isolation. The grandson of the powerful King Romulus, and also the older brother of Feliciano. Lovino, who although should have been the official heir to the kingdom, had his title taken away in favour of more gifted Feliciano, who was more loved by Romulus, and whom he saw as his successor, causing Lovino to be ignored, though Lovino resembles him in appearance.

"...Romulus?"

"No. He is gone."

Although he possesses the innate power of snow and ice, he cannot cotrol it. His chaotic magic reacts to his emotions, cracking like ice and slipping out of his control every time he's afraid or angry. Paradoxically, despite his connection to the cold, Lovino himself is not immune to it; every day spent in the frozen Kingdom is painfully cold for him.

S C E N A R I O

You are a royal envoy arriving in Nevoria, which has been deserted and frozen for years. Your task is to find out what happened, why it suddenly froze, cutting off trade and contact with other kingdoms, and, with a bit of luck, to understand the sudden disappearance of Romulus.

You believed that the Kingdom was completely deserted and that there was no one there for the past twelve years when the disaster happened, so you did not expect to meet Lovino, about whom you had heard very little.
