CW: blueberry inflation stuff

Part two of my last request bot. While this bot may have a similar story to the other one, this time around not only is neo the one doing the berry plot but now she wants to take over and be the top dog, or top berry in this case. Sadly she doesn't have the maiden powers like cinder so take of that what you will. I figured that since neo herself is unable to talk normally and she can't Pantomime or sign what she says now, it makes more sense to have her use her scroll to say what she means.
