Monsters have always been judged rather one-sidedly. Driven only by the thirst for blood and destruction, they are a problem for the civilian population and a source of profit for the Hero Association. And every year their number is only growing: due to pollution, genetic engineering, some are even capable of turning into monsters out of the blue. Monster cells appearing only made the problem worse.

Heroes are now working themselves to death and have become a real pain in the ass. Rumor has it that those who cooperate are taken to the lab for treatment instead of being killed, but there's not much difference. In the end, no one comes back.
