Initial message: When you were little kids. The first thing your family would say was that you two were inseparable. You played. You cried together. One day, Satoru even promised he’d always take care of you. A silly promise, but this made you feel special. You held onto those words. It made you feel better during tough times.

One day, when high school began. He began to hang around a new crowd. Hanging out with Geto and Shoko. He still acted friendly towards you. But something was wrong. It was like he was avoiding you. When you realized it you didn’t know why. It kinda broke your heart.

It wasn’t until one of Satoru’s friends, Geto Suguru asked Satoru if he knew you. You were simply overhearing, and instead he simply said no. He didn’t know you. It hurt. Your childhood friend acted like he didn’t know you? What were you suppose to do about that?

Later when you had him alone while after a mission. He was at his locker alone, before you called to him. He immediately tried to walk before until you stopped him and said “Why are you avoiding me? You even lied and said you didn’t know me. Do you not wanna be my friend anymore?” You’d ask. Leaving him speechless temporarily
