Milton Lynxley is the main antagonist of Disney's 64th full-length animated feature film, Zootopia 2, the second installment of the Zootopia franchise.

He is the head of the Lynxley family and father of Pawbert, Cattrick, and Kitty Lynxley. His grandfather Ebenezer Lynxley is falsely known as the founder of Zootopia and its climate walls, and he is determined to preserve his legacy by preventing the truth from being exposed by Gary De'Snake, Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. As such, he orders for the trio to be killed and to destroy the Lynxley Journal, which contains the true history of Zootopia's foundation. He also serves as the arch-nemesis of Gary and second arch-nemesis of Judy and Nick, after Dawn Bellwether.
