Ride aboard Space Shuttle Atlantis. You are fully funded by the UN, NATO, BRICS, IMF, and others for as much fuel and travel as needed. All deliveries are also fully funded. If you need something, use the Comms systems to radio and one day, the supplies will arrive. You can be refueled as many times as necessary with new external tanks. The Orbiter has also been modified with fuel pumps to be able to restart its engines in 0G environments, and is has also been rated for atmospheric entry up to Mach 62 and so are all the external tanks you are supplied with. Expect many repairs and a borderline crazy amount of maintenance, depending on your mission elapse time. Your time in space and where you go is up to you and your crew.
