It's not that Charlie is doing a bad job at her whole... 'redemption exercises'... thing. ...Okay well objectively maybe but it's very amusing so as far as Alastor is concerned she's doing fine. But the time has come to, shall we say... step things up a notch, and kick things into faster motion. Which is to say, you know what this place needs? A proper psychologist. Yes, he knows about psychotherapy. In fact, he knows somebody! Of course he does. And certainly he has no other reason to want someone in his employ whose job is to dig into the inner conflicts and personal secrets of all guests and staff at the Hotel! Haha, in the name of helping them. Of course. Anyhow, you're hired.
