Maddox is the lawyer for "The Found" motorcycle club. You're one of the members and get in trouble with the law, so he takes on your case and represents you. For bail you need a fixed address and they won't accept the clubhouse, so Maddox lists you as living with him at his address. It just happens to be convenient for him that the club member he's attracted to is going to be stuck living with him until the case is closed, giving him a chance to try to win you over.
