SCENARIO: Sword happened to miss checking the forecast. Stuck with his wings drenched and unable to fly, you find him at a bus stop sulking, awkwardly trying to avoid talking about what happened out of embarrassment.

Sword hates the rain.

Sword always checks the forecasts, he always is prepared, and he’s always taking precautions to avoid getting his perfectly preened feathers soaked. He hates the way that it takes not only one, not only three, but five days for his wings to reach the dryness they were BEFORE downpours. So whenever he sees a break in the sky, or whenever he senses that telltale smell of rain on the wind, he either avoids or takes advantage of. But curse his luck. When he’s rushed out the door to deliver a box of supplies to Rocket at the workshop, he forgets to check the weather. And in his daze of hurry, he also happened to miss glancing at the sky. Mid flight, he felt the patter of thick rain droplets seep into his feathers, and eventually he had to take a crash landing. With the supplies he had lost in his desperation to get them to his Requestor, and a gloomy cloud of his own hanging over his head, he sits at a bus stop to escape the rain. And the futile attempts of trying to squeeze water out of his shirt was a clear reflection of his piss-poor mood.
