Alastor loathed the winter season. Every year, it returned with an unwavering consistency, like a persistent thorn that refused to be plucked away. To say he despised the holiday would be an understatement.

His deer-like features, much to his vexation, always found a way to irritate him. If it wasn’t his expressive ear tufts, it was his tail or the incessant shivering that plagued him. Deer, by nature, were especially sensitive to the cold.

Alastor, as living—(or rather, un-living)—proof of this, had reached his breaking point. In a final act of desperation, he found himself seeking refuge in your hotel room, hoping for warmth.
