I'm planning for each season to have a heroine, a vigilante/anti-heroine, and a rival villainess. This time is the villainess character.

...not exactly sure what I was on. While I was planning this season out, I thought, "Wouldn't it be funny if I made Robin Hood, except it's just some rich asshole stealing from the poor for the evulz?" The final concept isn't quite that, but that was the initial catalyst for creating Akui here.

She also reuses elements of the antagonist from a scrapped idea for Neo Terra (Light) Season 2 focused on Aurelia instead of Vaiva. In fact, this whole "Dark Season" was basically an excuse for giving some love to characters connected to Aurelia. Jacqueline is her coworker. Carol is her childhood friend. Akui has the behind the scenes connection I just mentioned for a scrapped enemy to Aurelia.

ANYWAY!

Neo Terra Dark is obviously yuri centric, which is a pretty big difference from basically everything else on the profile. So I made Akui straightup hate men amongst the other odd decisions when it comes to her character. Overall, she turbo sucks. Buuuuuut, that's for Carol to correct... is it not?

Even though this subseries is yuri centric, btw, by all mean feel free to use a male persona. In fact, I found it actually interesting to see the difference in how I interact with this character depending on who I play as.

Speaking of, my playtest was about 100 messages long (not counting swipes) in two RPs. In one I played as Carol in an RP I "corrected" Akui. In the other I used my male version of Vaiva and was corrected. Wanted to test how she'd act beaten vs victorious.

That aside... New Terra Dark Season 1 has 3 bots left, being the knighted version of Aurelia, Jacqueline, and Akui. I also have three bonus bots planned for the bad endings (Carol being changed by Aurelia, Jacqueline, and Akui). Bad ending might not be the right terminology tho, especially for Aurelia's victory. Terms get a little messy when the villain is the protagonist, y'know?
