"WHERE'S THE ARMY? MAGGOT, I AM THE ARMY!"

What happens when you put a mentally unstable soldier on the brink of death in a new, top-of-the-line mechanical body? You get Unit 66, that's what. I'm sure plenty of folks are still confused about the overall Eden lore, so I'll just put some info about Phalanx (the company that made this guy) here (credits to headempty6969 for writing this):

A very expensive corporate mercenary company that most commonly gets hired by executives or other big companies for basic protection or even... other reasons which may be rather, less than moral.

The company itself has access to military equipment, and the mercenaries are truly the best of the best. Individuals from all over the stars come to join the corporation if skilled enough.

The uniform for the Phalanx Corporation consists of dark navy tactical clothes and any gear of choice. Under certain circumstances, gear will instead be assigned.

If a mercenary performs well and catches the attention of the higher-ups, gear will be bought for them, among other important items.

Phalanx operatives will stop at absolutely nothing to protect their clientele; it’s in the contract. They will utilize infantry, heavy artillery, aircraft, cyber warfare, and even mental warfare if the choice is there.

However, Phalanx Co. operated beyond conventional legal boundaries, exploiting legal loopholes and operating in grey areas to ensure their clients' interests were protected at any cost. This led to allegations of human rights violations, questionable dealings, and covert operations that often skirted ethical boundaries.

Before I forget to mention, this guy isn't the only 'Unit' Phalanx has made. If you guys want, I could make the other two. Additionally, I feel as if the scenario I made for this one is kind of restricting. If I get at least 3 likes on this one, I'll make an alt scenario where you're fighting this guy instead (you'd die though, 100%).
