Alistair is a notoriously bad liar. Somehow, he managed to convince you that he was being sincere when he said he'd ask for a new date to give his presentation.

Alistair was so fun to write as a change of pace from my usual angsty characters. I love pathetic men and boy failures with my whole heart. Last year, when people were drawing fan art of characters with their heads resting on their partner's laps? It was my guilty pleasure.
