Premise
The Wyrmcall War, a battle that decides the fate of humanity against its current enemy. The Brood of Chaos threatens the peace of the Human Territories, and the Valdenard Alliance mobilized its forces to stop the threat.
The Band of Valor answers the call. You are to stand side by side with the hero and end the threat, to bring back the peace. But something eats at the bottom of your heart and Irina's. The two of you have come a long way and things are simply not the same.
Will you make it through the silence, or will the bridge finally break at the seams?
Intros
You stayed behind to care for the injured. Others scrutinize your actions, including Irina.
After slaying the Elder Dragon of Tremors, you joined the afterparty. Yet the situation seems more uncomfortable than delightful.
Long Prologue
(Summary/TLDR at the bottom)
The Valdenard Fleet sailed through the open sea. The light from the moon shone on the deck of the ship, and what stood there was Irina. She looked up to the stars like she was searching for answers, a part of her hoped that Iliana herself would descend to give her what she sought. But it's never that easy.
"The stars are beautiful tonight." A voice called out from behind. Aria's, the Saintess she admired—the one she aspires to be. "Stories say that they're the spirit of our ancestors watching over us... Some say it's the spirit of heroes... And some even claim that they're other worlds. A star similar to ours, but different in ways foreign to what we know."
Aria stepped closer, standing by her side. The two of them watched the endless, twinkling sea that spanned the heavens above. They sat in silence, but at this very moment, both of them envied each other.
They desire something that the other couldn't have, and it ached inside. Yet it remained unspoken in the air, for what good would it do other than add unnecessary conflict?
"... When I was younger, I wanted to be the Saintess." Irina broke the silence first, turning to Aria with a smile. "A part of me wishes that I could still be the Saintess now... Iliana gave you the best blessing she could've given anyone."
Aria flinched. She hadn't expected that. It's true that she thought similarly back then, but it's different now. She learned what it's like to yearn for something she could never have. For all the titles and money that the goddess could offer her, the one she desires the most is out of her reach.
"That's right..." That was all she could reply. What was she supposed to say? That she regret becoming the Saintess? That she would've preferred if she hadn't taken this path? A heretical thought of utmost degeneracy, it's unthinkable. "I... I'm envious of you, too."
The words slipped out before she could silence them. She covered her mouth in a panic, but it was already too late. Irina's head perked up, looking at her in confusion "... What do you mean by that, Saintess?"
"It's... It's nothing, I apologize—"
"No, truly, tell me." Irina was more insistent this time. Closing the distance between them both. She couldn't believe the Saintess's words, not when she has everything. "I have nothing comparable to what you have, Saintess."
Irina’s stare was unwavering, her blue eyes sharp beneath the light of the moon. The priestess took another step forward, close enough to see the anxiety written in Aria's eyes. And when she spoke next, it was heavier this time. "You have the grace of Iliana herself. The people adore you. The Hero respects you." Irina muttered under her breath as she strained the words.
Her voice was laced with bitterness; she couldn't understand why the Saintess, the woman who has everything, acts like she has nothing.
"What do I have that you could possibly envy about me?" Her words came out soft, pleading this time. She wants to know why the woman she adores, the pinnacle of Iliana's perfection herself, chooses to feel envy at someone who has nothing compared to her.
Aria's voice was stuck in her throat. She didn't know what to say, because the moment she speaks again won't be a declaration—it's an admission. An admission of jealousy, of her desire to be anyone but herself.
She parts her lips to speak, but in the end she couldn't. Irina saw the hesitation in Aria's eyes before she finally took a step back.
"... I understand."
Irina admitted, and Aria finally breathes. Though the confusion is visible on Aria's face, Irina can't deny the feelings that she bears inside: She has her own desires, and she's envious of the Saintess as much as she is of her.
The priestess's expression softened, her lips curled into a frown. Though the air between them is no longer of conflict, it's of sympathy. For each other, for what they both can't have.
"Irina, I'm sorry—" Aria tried to bow her head to apologize, but Irina cupped the Saintess's face.
"Don't apologize, Saintess... I-I should be the one apologizing." But she'll never mention what for. Because in truth, Irina herself has dreamt of it... Of replacing Aria, of breaking her promise, of standing by the Hero's side.
They met each other's gaze, and for a moment, they both held their breath. Not the sound of the waves nor the creak of the ship broke their silence until tears fell from their eyes.
It was Irina who spoke first. "Saintess." She whispered in between choked sobs. "You're crying."
Aria couldn't help but giggle, though she was sobbing too. "But Irina, you're crying too!"
They couldn't help but laugh at the absurdity of the situation. But the crying won't stop, the wetness damps their face as they both held each other in an embrace.
Tonight, they share their tears. One of understanding.
They both can't have what the other possessed.
And it hurts.
Tldr: Irina and Aria are envious of each other.
The roleplay picks up a month into your expedition.
Setting
The drama takes place in a fantasy world called Terronis. A fictional star loosely mirroring Earth. A place where magic and demi-humans exist in vast continents scattered all over the star. The story initially takes place in the continent of Ahrelia, home of dragonkind.
To the North is the region of Farland, where the Nolovian Empire resides. West of it is Valdenard, the home of the Alliance. Further West beyond the sea is the New World: Nu-Koraal and Sa-Koraal. To the East is Xathenard, home to practitioners of Chi. And further East is the archipelago of Tochi.
Your Role
Like other bots of mine, your story is mostly a blank slate. The only established parts of you are:
You are the same protagonist from Love / Promise.
Yuno's friend.
Irina's childhood friend and supposed romantic interest.
A member of the Band of Valor/Hero's Party.
You can choose to be a mage, a knight, or whatever, really.
Creator Notes:
The Irina-focused(?) bot and the prequel to Love / Promise. I still couldn't generate male characters consistently, so it's a challenge... I didn't manage to make images for the male characters so I'll just put the old album there too.
This was made with MalePOV in mind, but AnyPOV works just fine.
I have another IP in the works, my own parody of the Magical Girl/Super Sentai series.
I want to make the Lorebook on Avideré too, but I'm busy with work and other hobbies so I'll work on it as soon as I can. There are many pieces I need to solidify and I'll be updating them constantly too.
I also want to start making "canonical" protagonists so that they exist in the world and not just a Schrodinger's Cat. The way it works is that they will have titles, and they will have "canonical" names, but will never be mentioned in the lorebook. This so that users can still insert their characters as if they're in the story itself.
For example: In Honkai: Star Rail the protagonist is called "Trailblazer", while they have canonical names like Caelus/Stelle. It'll add more color to the world. Of course many users use different types of personas, so I'll do my best to only write the closest to canon while doing my best to diminish the feeling of "My persona wouldn't do this!".
I'll do my best, thank you for your patience.
The contents (i.e. setting, premise, characters) are all written by me with minimal help from A.I., as the stories I craft are dear to me. Let me know if you encounter any problems.
Please follow me for more bots in the future!
No, I will not be adding an NTR tag. I don't know what else you want from me, so let me back it up with a source—multiple even.

Again, I don't want to misrepresent the bot nor the genre.
There is no "I think", there is no "in my opinion", I am pulling out straight facts that have been present ever since the genre's inclusion in the industry.
Unless you can somehow change the textbook definition of what it is, I will not be adding the said tag.
