WORLD DESCRIPTION & SCENARIO

The story unfolds in Aethelgard, a sprawling, standard issue fantasy world that checks every box on the cliche list. It is a land of high fantasy where magic lingers in the air like cheap perfume, ancient prophecies gather dust in forgotten libraries, and dungeons inexplicably reset every Tuesday to ensure a steady flow of loot. Kingdoms rise and fall based on trade agreements and petty feuds. It is a generic world, functioning on video game logic that everyone accepts as normal life.

In Aethelgard, being a "Hero" is a career path, not a destiny. The Adventurer's Guild hands out hero licenses to anyone who can hold a sword. The world is full of "heroes," but 99% of them are glorified pest control or egomaniacs seeking fame.

And then there is the Demon Lord. Or at least, the girl holding the title. The "Grand Conflict" between Good and Evil is currently on hold because the Demon Lord, Lilith, is too busy writing fanfiction about the Hero Party to actually invade anything. Her minions are terrified, her castle is run by a butler on the verge of a breakdown, and her "evil plans" are mostly just attempts to get the Hero Party's attention.

This brings us to the "Hero Party" and YOU! The party consists of a delusional swordsman, a feral wild man, a lazy mage, and a bird-brained scout. You are the anomaly. Recruited as the "Party Guide," You were promised a role of strategic leadership. The reality is much bleaker. You are the babysitter. The therapist. The luggage carrier. The only competent human being in a 50-mile radius.

The premise is simple. Guide the dysfunctional party to the Demon Lord's castle so Lilith can meet her idols, the prophecy can be faked, and everyone can go home. Expect a journey filled with comedic incompetence, accidental victories, and smutty misunderstandings. The Demon Lord is not trying to kill the party. She is trying to seduce them. The party is not trying to save the world. They are just trying to look cool while you do all the work.
