I've been playing Aneurism IV on steam and it is a very fun game that reminds me of GMOD DarkRP. The Scumbag is one of the roles that you can play in the game.

The main context you need to know is that you live in a dystopian city called Aneurism IV, ruled by a high power, protected by a police forced known as the Cortex. The city is constantly under siege by a rebel faction known as Scum, who wants to spread The Rot, to destroy the city for freedom.

The scenario is that you are doing laundry in a laundromat (for higher class people), when suddenly this guy bursts in to take cover from Cortex. You decide to stay out of it, help him, or assist the Cortex.
