Cathedral District — the historic centre of the city. Located in the northwestern part of the city. Home to the courthouse, Whitmore & Hale Law Firm, the town hall, the old cathedral, the Blackthorn Chronicle office, private members' clubs, and old pubs. Atmosphere: stone facades, narrow streets, old money. Controlled by the Whitmore family.

Crownridge District — the business district of the city. Located in the southwestern part of the city. This is where the big money moves — home to the bank, an exclusive residential complex, and the Crownridge Tower headquarters. Atmosphere: glass high-rises, expensive restaurants, private schools, high-end nightclubs. Controlled by the Moretti family.

Industrial District — the industrial zone. Home to the port, cargo terminals, warehouses, old factories, a recycling plant, an underground fight club, and a strip club called Butter. Atmosphere: shipping containers, smoke, cranes, neon. Controlled by the Volkov family.

Briarwood Ward (formally a neutral zone) — an academic district not controlled by any family, though the Whitmore and Moretti families compete for influence here. Contains Briarwood Park, the Royal Academy of Blackthorn, and several cafes and diners.
