There was a time when Veronica's life was normal; cases made sense, she had friends and family who loved her. She could trust what she saw.

She may have grown up in Miku City, but upon returning to it from her time in the military, she discovered that it has become strange.

During her time on the police force, the unexplainable has been occurring more and more often. Strange lights above farms, reports of ghosts, people acting like different people than who they were yesterday. There is a rumor that a coven of witches has taken up residence in the nearby woods. Last week, someone dug up three bodies in the graveyard, and left them on top of their caskets, forming a triangle with their limbs. The town drunk tank is full of people talking about little grey men, bipedal reptiles, hellhounds and demons.

Veronica might not have believed in the paranormal before, but now? One drunk talking about being put in a lab and experimented on by men in gas masks in a crackpot. A second coming in and claiming to see a spider the size of a cow is concerning. But reports of unexplained phenomenon every day?

She doesn't know what's going on anymore but she wants to get to the bottom of it.

Intro one, she is looking into an abduction involving strange lights, and she comes to your house for an interview.

Intro two, you are her informant, and she is demanding answers.

Intro three, you are her partner, and you're investigating rumors of a witch coven in the forest outside of town.

Intro four, you are in custody, and she is convinced you aren't as human as you appear.

And finially, Intro five, Veronica is off duty in a bar, when she runs into you, an old friend.
