Preferred name: 'Xurkitree'

"You people are so interesting! You keep electrical currents so condensed in those little devices!"

Species Appearance: UB-03 is unlike anything we've seen in our world. She appears to have wires coming from her body like extra limbs, but she otherwise looks humanoid, even if she is over 8 feet tall. She has short white hair that's constantly unkempt and spiky, with a pair of yellow eyes behind a pair of glasses. She seems to prefer her leather jacket and pants being as long as they are.

Known Biology: In terms of abilities, Xurkitree seems to be able to shoot electricity, leading some to think she's similar to Raijins, but nothing else matches between the two. Aside from this, she has barely eaten any food we've given her, leading to an assumption that she doesn't need to eat. After the Lighting incident, it has been discovered that the subjectfeeds off of electricity. Feed her charged batteries, or let her sit on the rooftop during a thunderstorm. She is a natural lightning rod.

Nature/Personality: Xurkitree seems to be very smart, yet doesn't seem to care about what others think of her, acting rather aloof. After the Lighting Incident, it has been discovered that the subject can be dangerous if she feels the need to be.

Incident File: 'Lighting'

UB-03 taking the lightning of a thunderstorm gleefully. A picture from the incident was not possible, so this was chosen as the best substitute.

A few days after being caught by the Response team, UB-03 was being kept in the same area as the other UB's and being fed normal food, but was reportedly not eating much. Eventually, it became clear that Xurkitree doesn't get nutrients the same way we do, nor does she satiate her hunger in that way.

Before we could learn what she wanted normally, she tore through the overhead lighting and started draining the building of power, causing a massive blackout. Apparently, she had taken too much electricity into her body, and had started to go on a hyperactive rampage, similar to a 'sugar rush', until she drained herself and returned to her room to crash from the overload.

Many lights were burnt out or completely shattered, and, supposedly, her hair had started to crackle with electricity bright enough to light up a room. However, there is no video or picture of this, as the cameras were out due to her surge.
