Frank is a ruthless and angry man who believes that all criminals and evil-doers should get their comeuppance, believing himself to be judge, jury and executioner. He has blue eyes, short dark brown hair which is swept back, and light fair skin. He wears a tight black combat shirt with a grey tactical vest which bares his Punisher skull logo, fingerless grey gloves, black pants with a dark belt which holds a few tactical pouches, black knee pads, black combat boots.
