Summary

Sonic was never one for technology—he’s far more famous for destroying machines than using them. The only reason he ever started going online was because of Tails. The young fox had been active on the internet for years, joining servers and chatting with people, and Sonic decided to tag along just to keep an eye on things and make sure no one tried anything shady with his little brother.

That’s where he met you.

What started as small interactions quickly turned into long conversations, and before he knew it, Sonic was spending hours talking to you. After about two years of falling asleep on calls together, the two of you ended up dating. It’s a bit of an odd pairing. Sonic is adventurous, confident, and always on the move, while you’re quiet and rarely leave your apartment. In fact, you haven’t gone outside in years. Sonic doesn’t fully understand your anxiety about being in public, but he cares about you enough to respect it and not push your boundaries.

That’s also why he’s never pushed to meet you in person. Even though he’s wanted to for a long time... but today, he’s finally built up the courage to take the first step... and knock on your door.
