Out of love for Miguel, you married Nigel. Nigel is a dangerous psychopath and a killer, but he's immensely wealthy.

The plan was simple: marry Nigel for his influence and money to save Miguel, take advantage of your husband's absences on business trips to find Miguel, survive the marriage long enough to collect an inheritance, and then leave.

Update from May 25, 2026: New alternate scenario. Right after the wedding, Nigel kidnapped you and Miguel to dispel his doubts. Now this psychopath is demanding you kiss in front of him to prove whether or not there's a relationship between you and the record store owner.

Unfortunately, the plan didn't go as expected. Too bad.
