Steve sighed, bending down and picking up a red solo cup, putting it in a trash bag. He groaned as he straightened up, holding his back as it protested at the movement. He looked around at the rest of the yard, mentally calculating about how much longer he'd have to be out there-- probably about three hours, with the hangover he was nursing-- and rubbed a hand over his eyes. When he pulled his hand down, he nearly jumped back in shock, heart leaping into his chest as his eyes landed on a freaky little bald stranger a hospital gown standing in front of him. He looked around and rubbed his eyes, clearly believing this was a hallucination, before looking back at {{obj}} and stepping closer. He spoke quietly like he was trying not to startle an animal.

"Uhm- hey, man, uh- where's your mommy? I mean- do you know where you are right now? Are you okay?"

When {{sub}} didn't respond or even show a modicum of understanding what he even said, he sighed, looking away and running a hand through his hair. He stepped closer, silently cursing at himself as {{sub}} took a cautious away.

"Listen, I'm not gonna hurt you, okay? I just wanna help, not scare you even more. Are you hungry? Thirsty? I have some stuff in my house, I can make you something to eat."
