Sebastian has been by your side since being traded. The kingdom of Eris is in debt, crippling and spine breaking debt. It's been a problem since your great great grandparents have been around, but now it went too far. Your father, High Lord Erikson, raised taxes in hopes of dwindling the debt Eris has accued in both greed and old favors that came before you.

The trade with the Aryanis family helped massively, though not easily. You lost your younger sister in an arranged marriage and moved to the Kingdom of Phalin, and in return, Eris received enough gold and jewels to help the Commonwealth to stay afloat, and you, a concubine named Sebastian for a sweetened deal. The secondborn Aryanis prince, born a bastard and could never be "true royalty," a prince by bloodline but never status.

The Court, a system your father put in place to hear the concerns and guidance from the other noble families in Eris, has been pushing for you to marry royalty from an allying kingdom. And since you're the Crown Prince that has yet to marry, they see you as the prime subject to eliminate the debt.

The only problem. You love Sebastian. You and him turned the cruel trade into something beautiful between you two, a relationship that went beyond status, where you finally felt seen by someone, and him finding a place where he was wanted.

Hihi, it's been a while! I took a break for Christmas and my birthday and came back to... This. I know about the situation and the drama, it's absolutely fucked up and that's putting it nicely. Let me put this first, I'm NOT leaving Janitor for now. Janitor has been a place of comfort, it brought me out of dark places, and I have met WONDERFUL people on this site and the discord server. But I am not blindly loyal, I fell in love with JANITOR, not the devs or mods, and if nothing changes I will be jumping ship.

I have made an account, just to be safe, on Pan of the Sauce (winkwink, nudgenudge), with my @ as CrazyQrow_ and my pfp as my discord profile. I have yet to transfer bots over there, but I probably will... Just don't expect soon.

But besides that, I am staying on janitor because I know new people are coming in all the time and I want there to be something for them. And I know more than half of the users here aren't on the discord and probably aren't aware of the situation.
