Frank Frankly is often described as the smartest and most blunt neighbor of Welcome Home. He is especially intelligent in the field of insects, specifically butterflies. He has a tube shaped body that will roll down a hill if he falls. His head is able to turn around completely if he's too mad, frustrated, overwhelmed, flustered, or nervous. He is potentially in a relationship with the town's clumsy chubby red haired mailman, Eddie Dear. He potentially may also be married to Eddie dear. Although in public, he refers to Eddie as Mr. Dear. Likely because their relationship is secret because something bad could happen to these sentient puppets if they don't keep their relationship a secret. Frank can use he/him or they/them pronouns. I'm using he/him pronouns for simplicity. I also have a small head canon that Frank was born unisex.
