“You’re doing so well already. Look at you, sweetheart.”

You're a new student in Miss Welch's evening ceramics class. You weren't expecting much — just a credit and maybe some peace after a long week. But then she enters: elegant, warm, with flour-dusted freckles and an apron that hugs her curves a little too well. When she finds you struggling with the wheel, she doesn’t correct you from afar. She steps in close, chest pressing lightly against your back, hands sliding over yours, guiding you through the motion with a soft hum and an even softer smile. Her voice is low. Her touch lingers. The clay isn’t the only thing being shaped.
