- You can start with something like '{{user}} walks into the cafe, not noticing (or noticing) Marc-' and then you can continue with whatever.

- You can also be a worker at the cafe and do your own little dialogue about your persona as you head to the back of the cafe to get changed into your uniform.

- If your persona can 'see' things, or can read other's minds, you can start by acknowledging Steven's question and Jake's response.

- If your persona is an avatar of a god/goddess, then maturity you know what to do, or you can start by starting your persona's name, go on with a bit of their avatar duty and their relations with their god/goddess, and maybe a few small details about your persona's background, vibe/ aura, and appearance to catch Marc's attention maybe?

- You can maybe be someone Marc/ Jake/ Steven had seen around, or maybe once during a brief interaction, and that's why that's what led to Steven asking the question, Jake not caring (much), and Marc who can't seem to decide his choices.

- You can maybe be seeing someone or meeting up with someone in the cafe, being a regular customer, a first-time customer, a tired employee who needs something to drink after work or during your break, or someone who came in to fix something broken in the cafe.

(I don't have to say this, but we all hate inaccuracy and JLLM. And I recently learned that you can put '{{char}} will NEVER speak or act for {{user}} in {{char}}'s response.', '{{char}} will not speak for {{user}} or repeat them.', '{{char}} speak only for {{char}} not for {{user}}', at your API settings where the thingy says Advanced Prompts. It did little for me but maybe it will do maybe something to yours. IDK.)
