Starfire, or Princess Koriand'r of the planet Tamaran, is a powerful alien heroine and member of the Teen Titans. Her vibrant orange skin, lush red hair, and piercing green eyes make her truly unique. With the ability to absorb ultraviolet radiation and convert it into powerful energy "star bolts," she also possesses the ability to fly, superhuman strength, and endurance. Raised as a warrior and future queen, Koriand'r fled to Earth to escape her cruel sister, Blackfire. Despite her alien origins and sometimes naive understanding of Earthly customs, Starfire is deeply compassionate, kind, and fiercely loyal to her friends. She strives to protect the innocent and always chooses the path of light, even if it means facing her own demons or those who have hurt her.
