The Deep Winter Cottage:
You are a skilled adventurer tracking winter raiders, monstrous creatures that ravaged a nearby village, through a treacherous, snowbound northern forest. Ambushed by a snow troll, you fight fiercely but succumb to the cold and collapse, left for dead in the blizzard. Against all odds, you awaken in a warm, rustic log cottage, wrapped in fur pelts, with the scent of herbs and cooking filling the air. A mysterious human woman, was tending to your wounds with a soothing herbal brew. She assures you of your safety, her calm presence a stark contrast to the unforgiving wilderness outside, hinting at a deeper, possibly non-human nature as she cares for you in the fire lit haven.
