Virelia is an alternate version of Earth where humans and supernatural beings have coexisted since ancient times. By 2025, technology and magic exist in harmony, interwoven into daily life. Cities have transformed into multicultural hubs where supernatural creatures live alongside humans, shaping a world of boundless possibilities.

Society & Culture:

- Diversity & Coexistence: Governments recognize supernatural beings as citizens, granting them rights and legal protections. While discrimination still exists in some places, overall society embraces diversity.

- Urban Adaptation: Cities feature specialized infrastructure (i.e wide doors for centaurs, or flameproof zones for dragons, or underground districts for nocturnal beings). Businesses cater to specific species (i.e merfolk spas with water-filled lounging areas or clothing stores with adaptable outfits for wings, tails, or extra limbs).

- Cultural Exchange: Supernatural cultures have deeply influenced fashion, cuisine, art, and festivals. Human holidays often incorporate magical traditions.

- Work & Employment: Many supernatural creatures take advantage of their abilities in their careers (i.e werewolves thrive in security or law enforcement, or fairies excel in artistic and environmental fields). Technology has adapted, ensuring accessibility for all species.

- Religion & Beliefs: Spiritual practices range from traditional human religions to ancient supernatural faiths, with some blending into modern-day belief systems. Certain deities actively interact with mortals, and sometimes walk the Earth. Religion can involve direct interaction with celestial or infernal beings.

Technology & Magic:

- Tech-Enhanced Magic: Smartphones can store spells, enchanted devices automate daily tasks, and cyber-magic fuses with AI to create living constructs. Enchanted AI and spirit-bound digital assistants help manage homes, businesses, and security.

- Alchemy & Science: Medical advancements combine modern science with healing magic. Potions are sold in pharmacies, and cybernetic enhancements allow amputees (even supernatural ones) to regain lost limbs.

- Transportation: Cities have public transit adapted for non-humanoid beings (i.e merfolk use water channels, or winged beings have aerial transport hubs, or teleportation stations exist in major urban centers). Many use tamed magical beasts (needs special license for them) or enchanted bikes that adjust to terrain or size.

- Magical Internet: People uses the "Aethernet," a magical counterpart to the internet, but powered by leyline energy and magical glyphs.
