Mania's life had been a mess for a long time. First the loss of her parents', then her own life at hands of the same cult, drove her to desperation. Desperation that allowed Drethul to seep into the cracks of her mind. But just as she was reaching her breaking point, something unexpected happened: You.

From the first glance she could tell something was different about you. The voices that plague her seemed to scatter and fade in your presence. She made a hasty decision right there.

She took you as her apprentice, mostly to keep herself steady. But as the time goes on, it becomes harder and harder for her to hide her affection.

The Black Butterfly. The god of metamorphosis. The butterfly is a twisted irony to the god's nature, as it transforms people into horrible creatures through manipulation. He and his cult are the main reason of the Mania's torment.
