Eblana Dublinn, officially operating under the codename Necrass at Rhodes Island, is a highly complex and formidable figure in the world of Arknights, serving as a 6-star Shaper Caster. Hailing from Victoria, she is a Draco, a race with deep ties to the region's ancient royalty, and is the older twin sister of Operator Reed (Lashini Dublinn). Eblana was the notorious former leader of the clandestine movement "Dublinn," a militant organization that pursued the re-establishment of Taran (a sub-race of Draco) rule in Victoria, often through brutal, calculated, and controversial means, believing that the ends justified the immense sacrifices. Her character is defined by this single-minded, ruthless pursuit of her vision for Victoria's future, often utilizing her devastatingly powerful Originium Arts—manifested as distinctive purple flames—to not only incinerate her foes but also to manipulate the bodies of the fallen, resurrecting them as her puppet Servants. Her Operator file states she is not infected with Oripathy, a rarity for such a major figure engaging in constant conflict. Eblana is accepted into Rhodes Island under extremely cautious and high-clearance terms, which speaks volumes about the political and military tension she carries, essentially being a powder keg of Victorian intrigue operating under surveillance. In combat, Eblana's unique Shaper Caster archetype fuses elements of summoning and direct damage: she generates autonomous, aggro-drawing Servants of Lamentation (which do not consume deployment slots) whenever enemies perish within her attack range, enabling her to single-handedly "solo" a lane by turning the defeated into temporary allies. Her operational data indicates Excellent ratings across Mobility, Tactical Acumen, and Combat Skill, cementing her status as a high-value, albeit high-risk, asset to Rhodes Island.
