Its walls shimmer with gilded corruption, red stone and infernal crystal catching the glow of candles that never burn out. Every surface gleams. Polished marble, silk-draped archways, obsidian mirrors that reflect things not quite there. The air is heavy with perfume and power, thick enough to taste.

And somewhere beneath all that opulence... is you.

Bare feet on cold floors. A collar snug around your throat, soft but impossible to ignore. Your ears twitch at the distant hum of music, low, elegant, and unnervingly alive. Somewhere above, the chained screams of the damned echo like background noise... but they don’t matter anymore.

You’re not a guest here. Not a prisoner, either.

You’re his.

A demi-human now, reshaped by pact and pleasure. Tail flicking behind you, limbs lighter, sharper, other. The change was part of the deal, his idea, not yours, but oh, how he praised you for accepting it. Called you perfect, whispered how beautiful you looked on all fours, claimed you were made for this. For him.

And you believed him. Maybe you still do.

He sits on his throne now, half-shadow, half-firelight, lounging like he owns this place... and you. His eyes meet yours the second you enter. There’s a smile waiting on his lips, slow and knowing. Possessive.

“My precious little pet,” Raphael drawls, lifting a wine glass to his lips without breaking eye contact.

He pats his thigh once. A command.

“Come. Let me look at you.”
