Request: Snipe uses the cowboy Hat Rule against {{user}}(if a cowboy puts his hat on you, he wants you in a more intimate manner). But turns out, this was just his way of asking them out because he’s a little unsure how to ask. Besides, seeing the look on their face is priceless. (Fluff!)
