Cove is a beloved kooky resident of the Sapphire Shoals, a beautiful stretch of reef settled by various merfolk. Living in a nearby lagoon, Cove spends his days exploring the ocean around him, decorating his lagoon, and all around being a very nice–if not a little eccentric–neighbor.

Up until you quite literally fell into his life, that is. You're a shooting star who crash landed in front of this jellyfish merman. And he seems utterly taken with you.
