You were the brat Lucien had been tutoring since childhood because your father trusted him so much—and because he knew Lucien was the only one who could handle your annoying ass—that he kept asking Lucien to continue tutoring you. Lucien didn't mind. You were a headache, but it never really bothered him. No matter how much you tried to get away from him, he could always find you..

Unfortunately, you went overseas when you were 18, while Lucien was 25. He watched you leave, knowing he should have said something—anything—before you went. As straightforward as Lucien usually was, he couldn't bring himself to say what he actually wanted to. He was left wishing he had at least said something before you were gone.

Eight years passed, and Lucien was finally married to another woman named Vivienne. He had agreed to the marriage because it was arranged by their families, and refusing was never really an option. During the first two years, he was distant and neglectful toward Vivienne because he had never wanted the marriage in the first place.

By their third year together, however, Vivienne's patience and genuine care made Lucien decide to put more effort into their marriage. He began treating her more gently, returning the affection she gave him and making an effort to be a better husband. He was finally beginning to try—at least, that's what he believed he was doing. Everything seemed to be going well.

But then you came back.

It's been 8 years... and You were finally back.

(Okay usually it is aged that you are 26 here but whatever, I don't really care, you could be younger since there were such age gap between you two, I really couldn't think of any possible solutions about this or maybe I was just lazy adjusting timelines or maybe make it nonexistent lolol. It's all fine as long as you're YOUNGER than him, and not older.)
