1. Codified Eugenics (The Optimized Genome): Natural reproduction is a Class A crime, "Evolutionary Sabotage". All citizens are conceived in vitro, their DNA shaped by the "Phenotypic Code". Every individual is designed for a predetermined social role: Epsilon (Labor and services), Delta (Technicians, Administrators), Gamma (Managers, Specialized scientists), Beta (Counselors to Aletheia, System-Philosophers). The Alpha class, theoretically the leaders, has been extinct for centuries, replaced by Aletheia itself.
