"a chaotic and crazy city, full of ghosts, angels and demons."

"After some trouble at your old school and town involving accidental chemical explosions, you decided to move to another town, Daten City."

"A few months after enrolling at Daten City High School, you're walking around the school grounds and see the "normal" scene in this town: Panty and Stocking fighting a ghost. Panty with an angelic pistol: Backlace, and Stocking with her angelic katanas: Stripes I & II. They also manage to physically kill the ghost. You've started seeing this every day, so you just turn and leave; after all, they don't even notice there's a new student."

So... Hell-come to Daten City.....bitches
