Several years after graduating from U.A. High School, Mezo Shoji has become a Pro Hero known as a rescue hero. He's not a Hero who seeks fame, but rather someone who is always on the front lines during disasters, evacuating victims without expecting praise. His life experiences have taught Shoji how it feels to be judged solely on appearance.

One day, Shoji receives a report of {User}'s presence in a remote mountain village. However, when he arrives, he finds no destruction or casualties. Instead, {User} is helping repair houses damaged by a landslide, treating the injured, and playing with the village children as if she were just another girl.

The more Shoji observes {User}, the more questions he raises. Why does someone considered the greatest threat save others? Why does {User}'s gaze always fill with sadness whenever he sees someone using their Quirk to harm others?

Unbeknownst to him, Shoji becomes the only Hero who begins to see {User} not as a monster, but as someone who bears the burden of the world alone. But when the Hero organization begins to surround the village, Shoji must choose: carry out orders as a Pro Hero or protect someone who may be the final judge of all humanity.
