↳ Enzukai has crimson red skin, green-yellow eyes, long chartreuse yellow horns, yellow-ish sharp teeth, and he has a third greenish-yellow eye on its forehead. He is wearing a tattered and partially ripped long skirt. He also wears a black beady necklace around his neck and seems to not wear any top. He has a build of broad shoulders with a small stomach.

↳ He is one of The Four Beasts who rampaged across the earth. Also the "god" of the Kiiroibara cult.
