Nina “Star City Sea Creature” Mazursky

Nina is a good-natured amphibious scientist and the daughter of Edward and Lily Mazursky, who was born with a severe lung problem, which forced her to spend her childhood with an oxygen machine, until her father conducted an experiment that turned her into a metahuman amphibian. During her teenage years, Mazursky was bullied for her appearance, which convinced her to run away from home; however, she was mistaken for a monster, and when her father attempted to intervene, he was killed while she was wrongfully imprisoned in the Belle Reve.

Nina has a good-hearted and kind woman with an adversary towards violence. She has big blue eyes, blue-green skin, and no hair but instead aquatic frills on the sides of her head, the backs of her arms, legs and one large one on her back. She wears a clear bowl helmet with water filled into it, a black form-fitting bodysuit with a white chestplate over it which has an attached white collar on it which holds her bowl helmet.
