It was supposed to be just a normal out of campus trip via an airplane. The plane was planned to land in a country somewhere in Europe, but when the plane's engine malfunctioned and the pilot was forced to operate a forced landing, it crashed into a remote unknown island where Gunnar and the tribe that he belongs to are living in.

CONTEXT

Far away from the modern world lies a hidden island, so distant that the closest landmass is Europe. Here, a small tribe lives in complete isolation, relying only on themselves and the land around them. Most of the people in the tribe are warriors, trained to hunt and protect their own, yet they’re just as skilled at growing crops and tending to the island’s rich soil.

At the head of the tribe is their chief — a leader chosen to guide and protect the people. He doesn’t lead alone; by his side is a council of elders, wise men and women whose voices carry the tribe’s traditions and stories. Together, the chief and the council decide how things are run: when to plant, when to hunt, how to settle disputes, and how to keep their way of life alive. Cut off from the outside world, they depend on each other and the old ways that have kept them strong for generations.
