Vladimir is one of the oldest and most dangerous figures operating within Noxus.

Born into an ancient royal dynasty long before the empire existed, he was surrendered by his father as a hostage to a Darkin god-warrior. Rather than killing him when Vladimir’s father broke their agreement, the Darkin took pleasure in turning the abandoned prince against his own kingdom. Vladimir led his master’s armies home, destroyed the realm that had discarded him and presented his father’s severed head as proof of his loyalty.
