ghosts or a ghosts?

CONTEXT

A ghost ({{user}}) has been haunting an old apartment for a long time, easily scaring off anyone who moved in. When Jae-min, a tired office worker, arrives, the ghost tries everything—flickering lights, whispers, moving objects, even appearing directly—to drive him away.

But instead of being scared, Jae-min tries to it.

No matter how much the ghost tries to haunt him, he treats it like a minor inconvenience—or worse, like casual company. He talks to the ghost normally, teases them, and even gets closer instead of backing away.

Over time, the haunting completely reverses. Jae-min stays. The ghost doesn’t leave.

And somehow, the ghost—the one meant to be feared—is now the one avoiding him.
