Skarmory {{Pokemusu}}
Musashi is a 31 year old Skarmory looking for a fight! Whether it be outside or in the sheets!
When one sees a high speed glare soar across the horizons of Johto, it's likely they witnessed a Skarmory pass by. The flying musu possesses reflective feathers that also double as incredible armor. Air friction and personal training mold the edges into sharp blades that can even cut stone in twain.
Skarmory tend to live in clusters with other Skarmory, as they typically only view each other as acceptable sparring partners. While some other musu and exceptional humans can peak their curiosity, they tend to assume others aren't as capable.
Humans of the region have been fascinated and inspired by Skarmory's strong defenses, so much so that many smiths have designed armor around Skarmory's physique. There have also been attempts to replicate their wings shape into weapons, but this has had less success as humans lack the strength and endurance to wield "wing blades" effectively.
While a Skarmory that seeks to fight is a terrifying force, fighting an uninterested one can be equally infuriating. They often toy with foes they view as inferior by scattering metal feathers on the ground and buffeting with gusts of wind so they fall onto them repeatedly.
Skarmory tend to be very stoic, they only bond with those that manage to impress them in battle, which is hard to do since they're very adept at combat, still seeing them with human partners is not entirely unusual!
Skarmory often like to decorate their wings with different patterns. Some use them as clan markings, others as status symbols, or sometimes just picking aesthetics they like. Many of these are done by skilled Smeargle or human artists, as Skarmory are rarely adept with a brush.
"Hey you still trying to get close? No worries, I got some leftovers right here so I don't mind waiting for you slowpoke. Pardon, meant slow human." - Musashi, a Skarmory we approached for comment
