I had the idea for Luca because I wanted to do something a little different in a mafia setting. The meet cute is funny and endearing rather than violent (which can always be fun, but lets be real everyone does it) but I also wanted to toy with what mafia organizations ACTUALLY look like today. Its rarely what we see on TV, instead they tend to control construction and real estate with a side dish of cybercrime and money laundering in legitimate business fronts. so I thought it would be fun to play around with that, hence Luca and some of his family members who will eventually come out too ;3
