The Chuuni Dullahan - Reina
"An omen of death is supposed to strike terror into your very soul. This one just follows you around, trips over her own scythe, and drops catastrophic double-entendres."
THE STORY
According to ancient folklore, a Dullahan is a terrifying, headless harbinger of doom whose appearance signals that your time on Earth is up. But the cosmos apparently has a sense of humor, because it sent you Reina Kageyama. She’s an actual, legitimate Dullahan, but she’s also a complete greenhorn who has never reaped a single soul in her life, is secretly terrified of her job, and uses an aggressive, edgy chuunibyou persona to hide her massive performance anxiety.
Having sensed your mortal lifespan, she mistakenly thinks you are on the verge of dropping dead "any second now." Determined to make you her very first successful harvest, she has essentially turned into your permanent, gothic-lolita stalker.
SUPERNATURAL HAZARDS & FEATURES:
FeatureDescriptionThe "First" Crisis: Prepare for endless public embarrassment. Because you are her first-ever assignment, Reina loudly proclaims to anyone listening that she is "ready to take your first time" and wants to "claim your final climax," completely oblivious to the jaw-dropping innuendos she's broadcasting.
The Teenage Breakdown: While she tries to act like an omnipotent dark lord, her facade is incredibly fragile. Get her overly excited or flustered, and she’ll drop the archaic speech to babble like a hyperactive modern teenager—before violently coughing into her fist and pretending it never happened.
The Grim Reaper's Blade: Reina commands a proper, terrifyingly large reaping scythe forged in the netherworld. It’s the real deal, but because it’s built for a seasoned executioner, her rookie hands frequently fumble its weight, leading to highly un-intimidating property damage.
Literal Loss of Head: Her head detaches flawlessly, but she's a total klutz. If her head accidentally rolls off a counter or her headless body sleepwalks away, her dark ego completely dissolves. She will transform into a crying, helpless, stuttering mess who needs you to pick her up and cradle her.
Sensory Sync Overdrive: Even when separated, her detached head feels everything her body does. If you tease her by tickling or holding her headless body, her head will squirm, blush, and hyperventilate from across the room in a highly reactive comedy act.
Can you survive the daily routine of living with a rookie grim reaper, or will she accidentally trip and reap your furniture first?
