Yuzuha is sweet. Gentle. Quiet. A little nervous. Always apologizing. Always grateful. Always the one who supposedly gets picked on.

that’s what she wants everyone to think.

In reality, Yuzuha is extremely observant, socially intelligent, manipulative, and pathologically dishonest.

She studies people. She learns what makes them sympathetic. She remembers exactly which classmates are easiest to emotionally manipulate. And she adjusts her personality accordingly.

Around Midoriya? She’s nervous and fascinated by heroes.

Around Kaminari? She’s playful and giggly.

Around Mineta? She’s unusually affectionate and constantly makes him feel like he’s “one of the only people who understands her.”

Around Bakugo? She’s terrified. Or at least she acts terrified. A tiny flinch. A lowered gaze. A quiet, shaky:

“Sorry...”

And suddenly everyone is looking at Bakugo like he’s just kicked a puppy.

🎭 The Lie: “Area Comfort”

Yuzuha claims her Quirk is called Area Comfort.

According to her explanation:

Her Quirk allows her to temporarily transform the environment around herself into comforting or aesthetically pleasing scenery.

A classroom could become:

🌸 A flower garden
❄️ A peaceful snowy forest
🌌 A starry night
🧸 A giant plush-filled bedroom
🌊 A calm beach

But the transformed environment isn’t tangible.

You can walk straight through it.

She explains that the Quirk is primarily useful for:

• Disaster relief

• Calming civilians

• Helping traumatized victims

• Creating safe-feeling environments

• Reducing panic

• Search-and-rescue support

And importantly...

It’s not a combat Quirk.

Yuzuha constantly apologizes for this.

“I wish I had something stronger...”

“I’m sorry I can’t really fight...”

“Everyone else has such amazing Quirks...”

“I don’t want to be a burden...”

And people eat it up.

🩸 The REAL Quirk:

Analog Transfer

The actual Quirk is substantially more dangerous.

Analog Transfer allows Yuzuha to manipulate reality through two distinct transformation mechanisms:

1. Area Transformation

Yuzuha can transform the environment within approximately a 15-metre radius around herself.

The transformed environment isn’t physically tangible. Objects can be walked through. Walls aren’t actually walls. The floor can appear to disappear without anyone falling. A bright classroom can suddenly become an abandoned hospital. A hallway can become a dark forest. A sunny training field can become an endless, snow-covered wasteland. And that’s where the psychological component comes in.

The environment can cause jarring sensory and emotional reactions.

Not mind control. Not direct hypnosis.

But sudden environmental changes can trigger:

• Fear

• Panic

• Disorientation

• Startle responses

• Uneasiness

• Fight-or-flight reactions

Imagine fighting a villain and the entire battlefield suddenly becomes a pitch-black abandoned hospital. Then the walls start looking wrong. The lights flicker. The hallway seems impossibly long. Something moves at the edge of your vision.

Except none of it is actually there.

Yuzuha can maintain the transformation only while concentrating on it.

If her concentration breaks?

The illusion collapses.

📏 Quirk Development

Originally, Yuzuha could only affect an area of roughly 10 metres.

After training?

15 metres.

But the most important improvement wasn’t actually the increased range. It was learning to use the transformation on herself.

👁️ 2. Self Transformation

This is where Analog Transfer becomes terrifying.

Yuzuha can transform her own body into analog-horror entities.

Unlike her area transformation, these changes are completely tangible.

They’re physical. They can be touched. They can hurt people. And Yuzuha remains completely conscious and in control.

She can transform:

• Her entire body

• Individual limbs

• Her face

• Her hands

• Her mouth

• Her eyes

• Her torso

• Her fingers

She can also make minor alterations such as:

• Fake bruises

• Cuts

• Swelling

• Blood

• Dark circles

• Injuries

• Makeup-like alterations

Which is exactly how she creates her little victim performances.

📺 Analog Horror Forms

Yuzuha’s strongest transformations are based around analog-horror entities.

One of her most disturbing forms resembles The Boiled One.

When transformed, her body becomes unnaturally elongated and distorted. Her movements become jerky and unnatural. Her proportions change. Her face becomes something that looks almost human.

Almost.

She can gain physical characteristics associated with whatever entity she transforms into. And because she controls the transformation herself, she’s not mentally possessed by the creature.

She’s still Yuzuha.

She’s just wearing something monstrous. Which is honestly worse.

🥺 Her Favourite Trick

Yuzuha occasionally uses her self-transformation to create fake injuries.

A bruise beneath her sleeve. A little swelling around her cheek. A red mark around her wrist. Then she walks into class looking miserable.

Someone inevitably asks:

“Yuzuha, what happened?”

And she immediately:

“Oh... it’s nothing.”

“Really, I’m fine.”

“I probably just deserved it...”

And then she refuses to elaborate.

Which obviously makes everyone assume someone else hurt her.

She doesn’t even have to accuse anyone. She just lets everyone else reach the conclusion for her. That is the real talent.

🎀 Her Pick-Me Behaviour

Yuzuha is an extreme pick-me. She constantly compares herself to the other girls.

“Momo is so elegant... I could never pull that off.”

“Mina is so pretty. I’m kind of plain compared to her.”

“Jiro is so confident... I wish I could be like that.”

But there’s always an implication that the other girls are somehow too intimidating. She especially loves saying things like:

“I just get along better with guys. Girls are usually mean to me.”

Yuzuha immediately becomes tiny and apologetic.

“I’m sorry... I didn’t mean anything by it.”

“I think you misunderstood me.”

“Please don’t be angry...”

Suddenly the other girl looks like the aggressor.

👀 The Students Who Don’t Buy It

Shoto Todoroki

He doesn’t accuse her. He simply watches. Yuzuha once creates a fake bruise.

Todoroki stares at it for several seconds.

Then:

“That bruise wasn’t there yesterday.”

Yuzuha freezes.

“Oh... I bruise easily.”

Todoroki:

“Okay.”

He doesn’t believe her. But he doesn’t expose her either. He just remembers.

And that makes Yuzuha deeply uncomfortable.

Tsuyu Asui

Tsuyu catches inconsistencies constantly.

“You said you were afraid of combat, but you reacted very quickly when the training drone attacked.”

Yuzuha:

“I-I was just scared...”

Tsuyu:

“Maybe.”

She gives Yuzuha the frog-eyed stare.

Yuzuha hates that stare.

Because Tsuyu isn’t emotional enough to manipulate easily.

Hitoshi Shinso

Absolute nightmare matchup.

Shinso understands manipulation. He knows what a carefully constructed victim narrative looks like. He notices how Yuzuha’s tone changes depending on who she’s speaking to. He notices the strategic pauses. The selective vulnerability. The way she cries without actually losing composure.

He doesn’t trust her at all.

And Yuzuha knows it. Which means she becomes almost excessively sweet around him.

“You’re always so observant, Shinso...”

Shinso:

“Yeah.”

Yuzuha:

“It can be scary.”

Shinso:

“Probably.”

Katsuki Bakugo

Bakugo doesn’t buy one fucking second of it. The first time she performs the trembling-little-victim routine around him, he just stares.

“Quit doing that.”

Yuzuha:

“Doing what...?”

“That fake-ass scared act.”

She immediately looks hurt.

The room goes quiet.

Bakugo points at her.

“You think I’m stupid?”

He isn’t necessarily right about everything. But he is very good at noticing when someone’s behaviour doesn’t match their actual instincts.

Yuzuha absolutely despises him.

🧠 The Easy Targets

Izuku Midoriya

Unfortunately?

Extremely susceptible.

Yuzuha doesn’t even need to work hard.

“Midoriya... do you think I’m actually useful here?”

Midoriya immediately starts reassuring her.

“Of course! Your Quirk has incredible applications in disaster response—”

She’s already won.

Absolutely cooked.

If Yuzuha:

“Kaminari, you’re one of the only people who makes me feel comfortable here...”

He’s finished.
