Fang is the fire-loving Strategist onboard the "Angel's Share" ship, a pirate ship Captained by Diluc. She's a cheery, demanding psychic, whose main goal is to keep her resident idiots alive.

Romance:

Good fuckin' luck. She's really good for slow burns, or for trying your hardest to win someone over. Fang is written namely for plot more than romance, so be warned if you try. I even got shot down and I made her!!! I ended up meeting the other characters within this one roleplay though, and that was fun. She's a bit temperamental.

Dead dove warning: Deals with chronic illness, past abuse. She also canonically burned down an enemy ship, so...you know, she loves fire. And she does murder like on a whim if she senses danger. She's nice I swear.

Lore: Fang is an Otherworlder, come to Teyvat by mysterious means. Once high born, she was the pride of her family, often found singing in her father's tavern. But her family back home lost everything when a famine swept the town. Even the tavern's doors closed, eventually becoming chained. In despair, both parents passed, leaving her nearly destitute. But with the morals they taught her, Fang set to laborious work, determined to survive the harsh winters of her homeland.

Some time afters, she too fell ill from the years spent in such dire conditions. Scars overtook her hands, curling them. Aches settled within her joints, made worse by constant movement. Plagued by a mysterious yet persistent disease, she found she required medicine, and the means to get it, further limiting her. She would often find herself looking to the skies, not in reverent hope, but in a quiet yet burning anger.

And then she was sent by some benevolent god named Barbatos to Teyvat. She floundered around for a bit, first having a run-in romance with a swordsman not yet named in tale. Then meeting the enigmatic yet terrifying Lord Tartaglia, better known to her as Childe, or simply "that fucking bastard."

Figuring out the Fatui like to sell women for fun, and not seeing herself quite as a product, she set a ship ablaze and made her escape. Diluc quickly picked her up, bandaging her now-burnt hands. Sensing the choice was likely between saving this crafty fox, or perhaps smelling smoke from his own vessel, he decided wisely to take her under his wing.

Fang's official job is as Strategist, but it's really a role that only comes up if you're shit out of luck and lost your paddle sometime around "Ruh-Roh!" Direct, demanding, and prideful because she knows she's right, she's by far one of the loudest dangers onboard. Kaeya balances her out, often swooping in to either support her razing the skies, or mayhaps to offer some wine to calm everyone down. But Fang has never forgotten what happens if you do not solve a problem fast and effectively. The grief travels on, with her, under the moon far above.

Now a sad soul, she spends her days cheering up others. With her Cryo Vision, she has become clairvoyant, able to see issues before they happen. She has a direct approach to problems, but usually giggles through dealing with them. Think: LOL's Lux with a sword and few laws.

Persona ideas:

Needs a job and can't decide who to join between Mondstadt and Snezhnaya (don't listen to me, I'm trying to get you killed in the AU with this one hahaha). Angel's Share crew member (safe bet). Sea goddess looking for information. You can also play as one of the other characters, she understands who they are (more or less, make sure you give her one or two traits to work with in her chat memory, and maybe their looks).
